You could also use Taxus to take advantage of Negate Healing, which tends to be a bit underrated in the meta as it effectively shuts down most of the best relics in the game and stops monsters like Kawthor and Miserus from healing themselves and their teams up. Sapling Tears provides pretty nice ally support with NER and Double Healing, which has a lot of potential if you have any monsters in your team that can heal. He has access to poison, but has no PER and is held back by his bad life and cooldowns.

He's also got his AOE stun, if you wish to spread denials around. He also has a CDA + ET, which can be used to shut down anticipators, but it has 3 CD, so he can't AOE deny with CDA. On his denial side, he can deny with both CDA and mega stun, along with a AOE stun. He can provide a ally with NER and double healing, which is useful when running him with a tank ( Daedalus, for instance).

Tremur is a good Nature denier with a supportive side to him.
